Completing your entry form

All entries must be submitted via the official online entry form. Entries submitted via email will not be accepted.

All questions must be completed in full and answered honestly. Where a question is not applicable, please state “N/A”.

Judging and awarding of prizes will be conducted by The Honest Midwife editorial team and consumers.

The judges’ decision is final.

Submitting your product

The Honest Midwife Awards are free to enter. However, to allow for thorough testing:

Two units of each product must be submitted per entry

One unit will be used by our consumer tester
One unit will be used by our in-house testing and judging team. We will also be out and about across the UK getting real life feedback from consumers

All entered products must:

Be available for purchase via the brand’s official website or recognised retail partners

Be available for pre-order with a confirmed launch date

Shipping Requirements:

Products must be sent after 15th July 2026
All samples must be dispatched no later than 15th September 2026

Products received after the deadline may not be entered
All submitted products are non-returnable
Samples may be used to support initiatives including our free antenatal education

Entry Deadlines

Entry deadline: Extended from Midnight, 1st August 2026 to Midnight 21st August 2026
Product shipping window: 15th July – 15th September 2026

Shortlisted Entrants & Winners

Shortlist announcement: 15th September 2026 (via Instagram)
Shortlisted brands will receive a digital shortlist logo for promotional use

Each category will award:

Gold
Silver
Bronze
Winners announcement: 1st October 2026

Winners will receive The Honest Midwife Awards 2026 logo for use across marketing, packaging and PR. Logo usage is permitted for 12 months from the announcement date. There are no licensing fees for logo usage.

All winners will be promoted across social media channels and email communications to The Honest Midwife audience.
