1.2 References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Let’s Talk Birth and Baby Limited.
For clarity, the following terms apply throughout these General T&Cs and the specific Competition T&Cs for each draw:

5.11 If we suspect abuse of entry limits, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to void entries and exclude the Participant.
6.1 Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
6.2 Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of Competitions are not eligible.
6.3 Proof of age, identity, and eligibility may be required before Prizes are awarded.
7.1 Prizes are described in the relevant Competition Webpage. Images are for illustrative purposes only.
7.2 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, except that we may offer a cash alternative at our discretion or if stated in the Competition T&Cs.
7.3 If circumstances beyond our control make a Prize unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.
8.1 All correct, valid entries received before the Closing Date will be entered into the draw.
8.2 The Winner will be selected at random from qualifying entries using a verifiable method (e.g. random number generator).
8.3 We will notify the Winner by email as soon as reasonably practicable after the draw.
8.4 If the Winner does not respond within 28 days, or fails to meet the eligibility criteria, the Prize may be forfeited and awarded to another Participant.
8.5 Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9.1 Delivery terms are set out in the Competition T&Cs. Unless otherwise stated, Prizes are delivered to mainland UK addresses only.
9.2 Cash Prizes will be paid via bank transfer to a UK bank account in the Winner’s name.
10.1 To comply with advertising rules, we may publish the Winner’s first name and county. If you object, please notify us; however, we may still be required to provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority.
10.2 Winners may be asked, but are not obliged, to take part in reasonable publicity such as providing a testimonial, photo or social media content.
11.1 We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or corrupted, regardless of cause.
11.2 Except where caused by our negligence, we are not liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death arising out of a Participant’s entry into a Competition or use of a Prize.
11.3 Our total liability in respect of any Competition shall not exceed the value of the Prize.

Where a Competition is run in partnership with, or includes a Prize supplied by, a third party (for example, a brand partner or their appointed agency), we may share entrants’ personal details with that third party or their authorised fulfilment partner for the purposes of administering the Competition, arranging and delivering the Prize, and for marketing purposes, where this forms part of the Competition entry terms. All third parties are required to handle your information securely and in accordance with UK data protection law, and may contact you in line with their own privacy policy.
13.1 Breach of these Terms may result in disqualification.
13.2 We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another entity.
13.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You may bring legal proceedings in the English courts, or if you live in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
