Shipping Information

  • We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it (Monday to Friday).
  • Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends or Bank Holidays.
  • Standard delivery is typically within 3 working days.

Out-of-Stock Items

In the rare event that an item is unavailable, we will notify you via email as soon as possible with an estimated delivery date. While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, please note that these timelines are approximate and not guaranteed.

Courier Services

  • Most orders are shipped via trusted courier services for reliable delivery.
  • We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services. Please allow 5 working days from the day after your order is placed before querying a non-delivery.
  • For larger orders, we reserve the right to select the most suitable shipping method.

Delivery Notifications

If your order is dispatched via courier, we will provide you with a tracking link so you can monitor the progress of your delivery. This link will allow you to track your parcel in real-time. Please note this service may not apply to items shipped directly from our suppliers or international deliveries.
